FAQ
Straight answers before you start.
What businesses usually ask about our two offers, how every lead is checked, pricing, getting started and what happens to your information.
The two offers
Two ways to get the right clients.
What does Cherry on Clients do?
We put buyers who genuinely fit your business in front of you, in one of two ways. With Verified leads, we find decision-makers at companies that match your ideal customer and check every lead before it reaches your team. With Outreach done for you, we choose the buyers, write personalised emails, send the follow-ups and take conversations forward until they become sales.
What is the difference between the two options?
Who does the selling. With Verified leads, you pay per lead and your own team does the outreach. With Outreach done for you, you buy credits—one credit is one lead plus five follow-up emails—and we write and send everything.
Which option should I choose?
Verified leads suit teams with salespeople who need better people to talk to. Outreach done for you suits businesses that want new sales without hiring a sales team. Not sure? Choose “Not sure yet” in the brief and we will recommend the best fit in your free meeting. Some clients use both.
Who is the strongest fit?
High-value B2B SaaS firms, specialist agencies, consultancies and professional-service teams with a proven offer, a recognisable ideal client, and the capacity to take qualified conversations forward. Who we help
When are we not the right fit?
Mass-market consumer offers, untested or unclear offers, very low client value, volume-only targets, expectations of guaranteed sales, or no capacity to follow up the conversations we create.
Verified leads
Checked by a person, not just generated.
How do you check each lead?
Every lead is researched by a person on our team. They make eight checks covering fit, relevance, interest and context—from the prospect’s real expertise and paid offer to how their audience responds to their content. See all eight checks
What comes with each lead?
One organised report per prospect: targeting, offer research, content analysis, contact details and approach guidance, with a short approach brief to open the conversation. You can inspect the evidence—source links, research dates and contact-verification results—before deciding whom to approach. See what you receive
Are the leads specific to our business?
Yes. They are matched to the ideal customer, industry, market and buyer roles you describe in your brief, and each one connects an opportunity we spotted to the service you sell.
Will you tell us when something is uncertain?
Yes. Strong matches, broader fits and unresolved candidates are kept separate. Conflicting or outdated details are flagged, unavailable metrics and sample limits are made explicit, and anything we can’t confirm—such as buying intent—is marked as unconfirmed rather than assumed.
Do you guarantee clients or revenue?
No. We create stronger conditions for a sale by prioritising fit, relevance, genuine interest and useful context. Your offer, sales process, timing and market conditions still determine the commercial outcome.
Pricing
Clear numbers before you commit.
How much do verified leads cost?
$2.00 per lead for your first 100, falling in steps to $0.50 per lead above 1,000. You can order 100 to 1,500 leads, in steps of 100, as a one-time purchase.
How much does Outreach done for you cost?
$3.00 per credit for your first 100, falling in steps to $0.50 per credit above 7,000. You can choose 100 to 10,000 credits.
How does volume pricing work?
Each tier’s rate applies only to the leads inside that tier, so your total is the sum of the tiers you use and the average per lead falls as you add volume. For example, 600 leads cost $900, an average of $1.50 per lead. Work out your total
What exactly is a credit?
One credit covers one lead and five follow-up emails to that lead, at every volume. 1,000 credits means 1,000 leads and 5,000 follow-up emails.
Which currency are prices in, and is VAT included?
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT, which we add where it applies.
Is anything free?
Yes. The brief, the fit meeting and onboarding are free, with no obligation. Paid work begins only after the scope and commercial terms are agreed.
Can the price change after we agree?
Your total is worked out from the published tiers and confirmed in your written agreement. We may change published prices, but never for work already agreed.
Getting started
From brief to first cherry.
How do I get started?
Send us a short brief: what you sell, who buys it, where you want to grow and your current challenge. It has five short stages and usually takes 60–90 seconds. Build my free brief
What happens after I send the brief?
We review it and email you to arrange a free fit meeting at a time that suits you.
What happens in the fit meeting?
We talk your brief through and agree which option fits—verified leads, outreach, or both—and the terms. There is no obligation.
I chose a package on the pricing page. What happens to it?
It comes with you. The brief opens with your package already noted, so we can start the meeting from it.
When does paid work begin?
Only once the scope, responsibilities, data handling and price are agreed with you in writing. That written agreement takes priority over anything on this website.
Privacy and trust
Your company context stays private.
How is our business information protected?
We collect only the information needed to assess fit and prepare the meeting. Form contents are not sent to analytics or sold, marketing requires a separate opt-in, and access is limited. No online system is risk-free, so we also avoid collecting information we don’t need.
What happens to the brief we send?
We use it to assess fit, prepare your meeting and reply to you. If it doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact. Privacy notice
Will you send us marketing emails?
Only if you tick the separate marketing box in the brief. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Will you show the internal process?
No. Our operating method and internal systems are confidential. We are transparent about what every lead is checked for, what your team receives, how outcomes are defined, and the commercial terms you agree.
